MachineCue

Scan the sticker. See what's due.

MachineCue keeps every tractor, truck and pump on schedule by hours, miles or date. One QR sticker per machine opens its record on any phone, in English or Spanish.

Plans from $39 a month. Unlimited users on every plan.

One sticker. Everyone sees what they need.

The same scan shows each person their part: the worker gets the job, the manager gets the big picture, and the money stays with the owner.

Workers

Do the job, log hours, report a leak. They sign in with a printed badge, so no email is needed.

  • Grease all fittingsDue today
  • Log hours2,397 h
  • Report a problemHydraulic leak

Managers

See what's overdue at every location, hand out the work, and approve it when it's done.

  • Overdue3
  • Due this week5
  • Waiting for review2

Owners

See what each machine cost to buy and to keep running. Money is visible to the owner only.

  • Spent this year$5,978
  • Cost per engine hour$4.12
  • Since purchase$18,240

Hours, miles or date. Whichever comes first.

Each service runs on the clock that matters for that machine. MachineCue learns how much each one really runs and warns you before it's due.

Start from a ready list for the machine type, or read the schedule straight from the operator's manual. When a job is done, only the items actually checked reset.

Everything the shop needs. Nothing it doesn't.

  • Works without signal

Barns and fields lose signal. Finished jobs, readings and problem reports are kept on the phone and sent when it's back.

  • Problems, repairs and bills

Anyone can report a problem with a photo. Record what was done, what it cost and which shop did it.

  • Parts that track themselves

Parts come out of stock when a job uses them, and a shopping list shows what's running low.

  • Reports you can trust

Spending by machine, month or location, cost per engine hour, and totals since purchase. Save as PDF or Excel.

  • Every location in one account

Several farms or sites, with areas inside each. People see only the locations they work at.

  • Badges for crews without email

Print a badge with a QR code. Lose one, and the old one stops working right away.

  • A record that proves it

Every job builds the machine's service history: who did it, when, at what hours, with photos.

  • Share it when you sell

Send a read-only link of a machine's record to a buyer, dealer or insurer. Sold machines keep their history.

Up and running in an afternoon.

  1. Add your machines

Type them in, import a spreadsheet, or start from the manual. Pick a type and get a ready schedule.

  2. Stick on the stickers

Print a sheet of QR stickers and put one on each machine. Any phone camera can scan them.

  3. Bring in your team

Invite managers by link and print badges for workers. Jobs show up as services come due.

Priced by machines, not people.

Add everyone on the crew at no extra cost. Your plan follows how many machines you track.

How your plan follows your machines

  1. Only machines in use count. Sold or retired machines don't.
  2. Add machine number 11 on Starter (up to 10) and you move to Growth automatically. You only pay the difference for the rest of that month.
  3. Have fewer machines later? The plan moves back down on its own, with a credit for the difference.
  4. It never goes below the plan you pick when you sign up.

Questions

Do my workers need email or a smartphone app?

No. Workers sign in with a printed badge, and MachineCue runs in the phone's browser. It can also be added to the home screen like an app.

What if there's no signal in the barn or field?

Jobs, hour readings and problem reports are saved on the phone and sent as soon as the signal comes back.

Where does the maintenance schedule come from?

Pick the machine type for a ready list, read it from the operator's manual, or type your own. You can change any interval.

Who can see costs?

Only the owner. Managers and workers see the work, not the money.

What happens when we sell a machine?

Mark it as sold. It stops getting reminders and leaves the lists, but its history and costs are kept.

Can I try it before adding my own machines?

Yes. After you create your account you can open a sample farm, full of machines, jobs and costs, to look around. Only you can see it.

Do the QR stickers cost extra?

Your first 25 come with the one-time setup fee and are mailed to your farm. You can also print stickers yourself for free, or order more packs of 25 for $50 each. Any sticker is linked to a machine the first time an owner or manager scans it.
